About Me
I’m a social impact leader focused on helping organizations navigate complex challenges and turn ideas into practical, real-world solutions. My work has largely lived at the intersection of strategy and implementation — building programs, launching initiatives, and working across sectors to improve outcomes for people navigating systemic barriers.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked across nonprofits, public-sector partnerships, and national organizations. Most recently, I led the launch of Housing Connector’s Austin market, where I helped adapt a proven housing access model for a new community and built partnerships across the local housing ecosystem. Earlier in my career, I served as Chief Operating Officer at Marathon Kids and worked with nonprofits and public agencies through Blue Sky Partners, supporting strategic planning and systems-level initiatives.
I’m especially drawn to work that sits at the intersection of systems and people — identifying real problems, testing thoughtful solutions, and learning quickly from what works. That interest has increasingly pulled me toward policy and evaluation. I’m currently pursuing a Master of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin, where I focus on social policy and program evaluation. My recent academic work includes analyzing permanent housing interventions and using HMIS data to identify low-cost strategies that increase exits from homelessness.
Outside of formal roles, I care deeply about building systems that are more humane, evidence-informed, and grounded in lived reality. I’m especially interested in housing, behavioral health, and upstream approaches that prevent harm before it escalates.
